Excellent customer service is paramount to us here at TICKER. Especially since our suits last so long and it may be a while before you need another one. We want you to rave about your suit and your experience. It is our priority to ensure you receive your suit as fast and as hassle free as is humanly possible.
If in the unlikely event you’re not entirely happy with your suit we are more than prepared to exchange or provide a refund. TICKER will provide initial exchange free of any delivery charges; when we receive the original item returned in its perfect condition. Additional exchanges will incur a charged rate of AUD$5.00 per item.
We use the delivery address from your inputted data. Please take care when entering your details, as any mistakes may result in longer delivery times.
Deliveries will normally take from 2 days to to 1.5weeks to anywhere in the world. Customs Officials however, in the country of destination could at their discretion delay the delivery of an order for up to 2 months as a security measure. This it should be noted is very rare and beyond our control. If you are not at home at the time of our delivery, local postal procedures will apply.
All prices are charged in AUS dollars. The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Any home currency prices listed are indicative, based on current exchange rates. The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card, if this is the chosen payment method, it will all depend on the exchange rate used by your credit card company when your order total is attributed to your card.
Any goods that you may wish to exchange will need to be be returned within 21 days of your receiving them. Customers wishing to exchange items must agree to accept any charges related to items not being returned by the due date.
Ticker has taken much care in producing our sizing. We are consistent with major brands in the swimwear market. We are all different in our sizing so if your suit doesn't fit, let us know by email and we'll arrange for a replacement.
